Kevin Woods was the pinsider who helped me with the Bally shooter rod housing. He says the shooter rod will need a nyliner

Kerry sent me a prototype to try. I installed it in a Bally Old Chicago and installed a nyliner. It's definitely well built and beefier than the original. Plunging a ball into play is smooth with little side to side play. It gave a more solid feel. It's definitely a good alternative to a worn housing especially when replacements are unobtainable or hard to find used. Great job Mantis Pinball!
