Thank you for the amazing write up. As my Wizard Match unit is not working, this will help. It seems I am missing the 1” 4-40 screw and spacer. Did you happen to measure the dimensions of the spacer? If I can find those little tidbits out, I am sure I can fab one from some nylon or whatever I can get at the hardware store.

Thanks! I found the screw size in my machine to be #5-40. I purchased a nylon tube that is 1/4”x1” at the hardware store. I’ll trim it down to 13/16. Someone else measured their spacer at 3/4”, I’ll start with longer and see if all works! Again, this breakdown was nicely shown. I would have feared this fix without it.
