Here some thing’s i’ve noticed:

1) Unlikely NOS or lightly used because the ‘5’ was originally painted in a dither pattern which I don’t see in this photo.

2) Not an overlay since the light lenses for the white are wwwaayy too new looking (unless those were all replaced which is unlikely). Also the shooter lane is too nice and an overlay doesn’t cover those

3) Probably a remade playfield
