The caps were likely cut to stop some scoring issue that happened when the cap went bad. Replacement caps would be 0.047 uf. I didn't see them at Marco though, here's a link for them at Great Plains Electronics: https://www.greatplainselectronics.com/proddetail.asp?prod=CCD-0.047uF-100V
I've also attached the switch matrix diagram with arrows pointing to the capacitors for the E-I-G-H-T targets. You'll note certain other switches on the switch matrix use caps too (but not all of them), you may want to replace them all and be done with it...
