The caps were likely cut to stop some scoring issue that happened when the cap went bad. Replacement caps would be 0.047 uf. I didn't see them at Marco though, here's a link for them at Great Plains Electronics: https://www.greatplainselectronics.com/proddetail.asp?prod=CCD-0.047uF-100V

I've also attached the switch matrix diagram with arrows pointing to the capacitors for the E-I-G-H-T targets. You'll note certain other switches on the switch matrix use caps too (but not all of them), you may want to replace them all and be done with it...

Not sure what the difference between those Y5P vs Y5V caps, but i don't think it should matter. Perhaps someone else can chime in on that one. Capacitance can be *slightly* higher or lower, but voltage has to be equal or greater than the voltage of the cap it's replacing.
