Those burned pins are for the GI lights and actually they are not too bad for this vintage game.
There is a 1A SB fuse under the playfield. If that fuse blows you will have knocker and chimes but no playfield coils, check that.

Does your MPU have the brown Palmer chip sockets? If so those have to go. Those old sockets would mess up and the game would crash and blow coils and the playfield fuse.
