Check the print headers for bad solder joints.
Replace the big caps on the board.
And do the upgrade like set out on http://www.pinwiki.com/wiki/index.php?title=Bally/Stern#Solenoid_Driver_Upgrades
Buy a HV-repair kit to replace the HV-section parts.
