If you can't find this part you could look for a used 3 - 6 bank Bally ass. from 1981 onward, these later banks have the same plate for adjustment, maybe someone has an incomplete bank still with the base plate on.
They are essentially the same plate, just a longer plate to accommodate more targets. Would just need to cut it down for use as a single target plate.

I am pretty sure I have a larger plate as described above. Let me know if you need to go this route OP and I'll send it to you for the cost of shipping.,
