Hi all, I have a Bally Dolly Parton that has a dead right flipper, the left is working just fine. The solenoid driver board just had a bunch of work done by a professional, the solder points on the flipper coil are solid and the solder points on the switches are also good. I checked the switches on the flipper button, cleaned the contact points and they look good. I don't have any burned out fuses. What should I try next?

Thanks!

Check your flipper coil.
Most likely one winding (wire) is broken.
Replace coil...

Did this professional touch or say anything about the relay?

And are you sure your connectors to the PF are clean and in good condition?

The solder connections to the coil are good, really clean and solid as are the connections at the flipper button.
I have not looked at the relay at all, not even sure where that would be or how to test it.

Exchange the coils from the left flipper to the right and vise versa.
If the problem moves too, the coil is bad.

It's the relay on the solenoid driver board. That's why I ask.
