Looking for a NOS Cybernaut Playfield. Lmk!

I'm looking for an intact Ion generator plastic. I will pay handsomely if you have one. We could swap with mine if you don't mind one that has been compromised and want some extra loot in your pocket!! LMK

I’d love to join this club. Played one of these a few years ago and I still remember just being in a trace listening to that awesome pulsating background noise. Been thinking about this game a lot due to my Xenon project

It’s a really fun and challenging pin IMO. The background sound keeps me coming back for more. I’m thinking of having mine restored. My Playfield isn’t that bad as the factory Mylar was never removed. I found a NOS backglass and acquired a new plastics set that’s only missing the ion generator ( which I’m currently looking for) and a replacement tube. Bought a vinyl graphics set as well but may have the cab repainted. This game in restored condition with an upgraded speaker will be sick.

Hi! I've joined the club, my start button isn't working and the insert lights are super super dim. There are credits in the game but it's a new mpu on free play... What do I do?? Thanks!

Got a whole column of switches out, can I get a picture of the pop bumper wiring? It was incorrectly put together when i got it...As well as the START button wiring...I'm now stuck and getting nowhere in diagnosing without accurate and clear pictures. Thanks!

Exactly what I needed. I also looked at the outhole switch, and the previous owner had them both wired wrong. No wonder the whole column went out if the first switch on the matrix was messed up. Got a new MPU and sound board waiting for it to get delivered. This game is sweet

After looking over some wires the wires were messed with. Can or does anyone have detailed pictures of the wiring to the switches, including the credit button switch? I'm pretty much going to have to look at the whole column of switches, pop bumper, credit button switch, outhole switch, right outlane, left and right sling, much appreciated

Has anyone installed the pinballdecalseu decals? Interested in hearing about anyone's experience

It's about dang time I joined this club.... Cybernaut has elluded me for a while now.... but I left it on my wish list because I spent a lot of time watching videos of the game to understand the rulesset and realize why I needed the game so badly. It's really well put together from a goal stand point.... most games are rinse and repeat in the best of scenarios, this one is that and more! Thanks for coming up with this gem, Greg Kmiec!

Also, I'm a huge fan of cool bonus count downs, and racked up to the max, I think Cybernaut has one of the best there is!!

Anyone have a playfield they want to sell?

I have an NOS one. If someone can tell me how to safely bend the Ion Generator, I would be willing to part with my old one. Or, if someone is willing to offer me a crazy amount for the NOS one, I'd consider it. I want to use it, but it's a project that has been waiting for me for approximately forever to do.

This is a club I wouldn't mind rejoining again in the future someday. Its a really enjoyable game.

Goatdan, what is the crazy amount you have in mind for the NOS? And the used playfield?

Fixed, replace driver board which took care of the issue.

Got a call over the weekend to go to a buddy's to fix the Cybernaut I sold him about 9 months ago.

The report was the upper kickout hole wasn't kicking out the ball. And the 4 bank drop targets weren't resetting.

I assumed a loose wire / broken solder joint somewhere in that circuit was causing both items to not get power. Sure enough, the assumption was correct and he was up and running again in less than 5 minutes.

Then he told me to go ahead and try to beat the high score. I had reset high scores after I sold it to him, and have rolled the score over on this game at least once. Told him best of 3. 3rd game, over 7,000,000, crushing the high score they had set on that game. And I didn't even get all 4 rollovers lit even once on that game. I'll take it though.

I never wanted to let it go but I can still play it whenever I want and he agreed to sell it back to me if he was ever done with it so that all worked out pretty well. The game still has the ability to keep me on my toes as much as, or more than many modern day pins.

I'm in need of this plastic, if you have one laying around, please let me know.

Just a word of caution when installing the pinballcenter.eu decals. The backbox decals aren't long enough to cover the entire side of the backbox. You will need to decide if you want a little wood showing either above or below (I chose below)

Otherwise the decals were of good quality and a big improvement over my torn up ones.

I am about to email them to let them know and will report back if I hear from them.

These are from there also. I wonder if mine were mis-cut? I'm still waiting for a response from them.
