Hi angs1957 +
DOES the Credit-Relay pulls when the Credit-Unit shall be stepped down a step ? See the JPG, outmost right -- the motor must run and the two relays must be pulling. In the JPG a bit to the left: "marked green" is the Initial-Current-flows path to make the Credit-Relay and then the Coin-Relay to pull-in. "marked orange" is "Self-Hold-Circuitry" of the Coin-Relay, "marked violet" is the Self-Hold-Circuitry of the Credit-Relay. IF (if, if) (example) Score-Motor-Switch-7F is no good (opens way too early) then the Credit-Relay quits pulling too early - while the Coin-Relay stays pulling.
I add to HowardR 's three necessary things to a switch a fourth thing: 4) When the switch is an Normally-Open-Switch on a relay --- at the time the switch shall let current pass - the relay must be pulling. Greetings Rolf
