Problem with outhole kicker bally champ.
When starting game or loosing ball , the outhole kicker have problem to kick the ball on playfield. It takes two or three times before the kicker have power enough to place bal on playfield. The solenoid measures approx 7.5 ohm. Loosing the ball the advanced bonus count up and returns them to 1000 point next step is kicking out the ball,, but seems that now and then no,power enough to kickball on playfield.
Any suggestions??

I had a pin the drain kicker done similar things. Took it apart, cleaned and lubricated. Now it works like new.
Already did the regular things, complete disassembling and cleaning of the outhole kicker unit including the coil , coil stop and coil sleeve, but problem remain

Its not bend because its not always, opened jp the cover so,imcan watch what happens and clearly see that some times low power and pin in the coilsleeve hardly moves

Right that was exact the problem, normaly don,t touch these switches, because difficult to clean and or adjust.
Took me a while and patience to,get them right, it was not only cleaning, but one of them did not closed properly.
Also the top hole kicker was involved in same problem as per scheme
Thanks for your help it works as it need to be and the balls kicks out like a bullit
