I have a Bally Centaur and the left flipper will stick up during game play after hitting the ball. It seems hitting the right flipper will help it fall back down. Here's a video. I'm not sure if lubrication can fix it or if there is another reason for this issue.

SilverballNut thanks for the response. I was thinking it was something like you were describing, but I couldn't articulate it very well. When I lift the playfield there did not seem to be any resistance, but when it was back down it would like there was some kind of friction. I took OCD_pinball advice and removed the coil stop and I cleaned the sleeve with alcohol. It did not seem excessively dirty and the coil sleeve moved freely. Perhaps when I put everything back together the alignment became correct? Maybe it was a combination of the two. I immediately noticed a difference afterward and I played 5 balls on the machine and not once did it stick. Thank you guys so much for the advice.
