This was my first pin to work on, and man o man, did I learn a lot (still need to learn more, don't get me wrong) - but my first Flipper rebuild, my first Pop Bumper skirt & light fixture replacement (whew!) ...and the always gone bad "Power Supply Rebuild", oh and of course changing transistors on the MPU board (all of which were and still out of my league, but I found friends to help!)
I still cant do the board repairs, but this little machine helped me learn so much! (me and a co-worker).
Ken Layton (think I spelled that correctly) was a big help to me. Part numbers, even understanding the use of the DMM (I'm still a newbie).
I'll look for my past posts, schematics and what ever else I can find if that helps (again, not much help on the technical side as I'm still learning, but the people on this site have been so helpful and friendly to me, I have to pay it forward.
Good luck on the game...and someone needs to warn you upfront - this is an addictive hobby (habit?)
