I don't have a schematic in front of me but this could be caused by a switch out of adjustment on the score motor. Take a look at your schematic and look for a switch that pulses the reset relay. When its a "timing issue" like a relay not staying pulled long enough I always go to the score motor and look for a connection.

Check it but I actually don't think so. I believe your "score reset relay" and the "reset relay" are 2 different relays.

The score motor in many situations determines the length of time some of the relays stay pulled such as the reset relay and the outhole relay. Again, I don't have a schematic.....check on the schematic for an area that describes each switch on the switch stacks. The switches will say things like "pulses reset relay". If I have time this evening I'll try to look up the schematic/manual online to see if that info is available.
