My Bally Black Belt stopped kicking the ball out. After doing some testing I found that the flippers still work but pretty much anything else that moved on the playfield was dead. The 1 amp slo blo fuse under the playfield was blown, I tried replacing it twice, but it blows as soon as the machine is powered on. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Sounds like a short on one of your coil circuits. Do you have a Multimeter?
The flippers are on a different circuit from the rest of the PF solenoids.

Prob a blown transistor for one of the selenoids. Check them out and see if anything obvious. If not, check the legs of each and make sure there is no leg to leg conductivity with the multimeter.
