Hi, I brought home a Bikini. And I am going thru some initial checking and was able to get this machine to function (for the most part, machine does not coinup, have to manually press the start re.). I will need to clean up stepper units for sure. My question is...

When the Search Disc is "locked in place" by the search index magnet, the disc should be aligned at the "0" position on the rivets. The pic below shows that it is not, so do I just loosen the wiper arm and align or is there more to it (I never tampered with a CU so I thought I'd ask before I dive in). And does anyone have any idea what affect this misaligned wiper would have.
