Bally Big Show Coin door slam switch

I just bought this table the other day and noticed that the slam switch coil on the coin door is always buzzing. Is this normal operation?

That's likely the coin return relay. If you want to use use quarters then you may have to replace the relay. For home use mine are on freeplay so I disconnect one of the wires on the coin retrun relay and cap it off. No more buzz.
