    Missing a lens between the lamp and the scoring wheel (or not, as updated pics look like a stock setup, which differs from my game. EDIT #2).
    EDIT #1: Try an 1129 bulb If the original bulb has no number or can't be read. That one worked well for me in a 1937 Bally.

    The 1937 version of the scoring mechanism. Vacuum tube pinball, before there were solid state games... we had tubes.

    Mercury (Bally, 1937), which projects the score on the backglass (straight ahead).
