Look at them. They should have a number on them. Stock should be FL-11629.
When you set your 6 1/2 degree did you use an inclinometer or the plastic bubble level on the game on the game ? If so don't trust that. This would help :

If all else fails, weaker coils would be better than a whole different machine. This chart will help :
FL-11753 (yellow) weakest
FL-11722 (green)
FL-11630 (red)
FL-15411 (orange)
FL-11629 (blue) strongest
