Check your power supply test points:
TP8 = 6.3 volts AC (5.8 to 6.8 volts, General Illumination lights)
TP9 = 6.3 volts AC (5.8 to 6.8 volts, General Illumination lights)
Very common to have cracked solder joints at the underside of the connectors on the fuse board.
You can LED the GI, but no point in that until you restore power to the GI.
