    I would disconnect one display at a time and power up. I would try the left one first . Disconnect and try . Sometimes one can be bad and cause the other to act up. Also check and make sure no debris or screws etc are shorting the glass or displays.
    If you folded the head its possible something jarred loose and is shorting somewhere.
