I repaired a bunch of Bally displays today with all sorts of issues. I blew through my stock of new parts and I have one more issue to conquer.

I have segment bleed on two segments in a 6 digit display. Each digit has the same bleed. I'm thinking decoder chip, but could also be the segment transistors. I have not checked all the resistors for the segments.

I know this was discussed here before, but I couldn't find it via the search.

I grabbed a pic which shows what I'm talking about in one of the segments.

Yes, it is every digit in the same 2 sections. It's hard to get the digits lined with correct numbers. It was hard to capture.

It's not the glass.

I'm almost out of parts (in my possession) so I was not planning to shot gun. My gut is 4543.

Just running it past here for another opinion.
