Working on a Bally paragon that has 4 very bright controlled lamps. 2 in the water fall and 2 in the golden cliffs. In lamp test the other lamps barely glow. When i remove the 4 lamps from their sockets the others are slightly brighter.
I also noticed that some of these bulbs seem to pulse. It's almost like they are LEDs and ghosting but they are all incandescent.

I used a bench tester on the lamp board and had a single scr locked on and some cracked solder joints. Repaired these and still this issue.

What could this be?
