Not causing the lock up but on a side note I would replace the U7 AMI 6810 with any other brand 6810 as they are know to go bad & cause issues in some way. Don't throw it out if you remove it as some of the early AMI chips are collectible now on eBay (mostly grey early date code AMI chips atm)
Have never seen a 4049AN at U14, just an observation - assuming that it functions the same as the 4049UB (unbuffered) version normally found there?
