I had a fully booting -17 mpu, did the conversion to us 2 2716 roms for a night rider, per clays guide, new socket at u8 with a proven 5101 all pins buzzed out correctly, then changed out U9 ( 4011) gets to third flash and locks on solid, swap PIA's no change, Just wondering whats going on, kind of stumped on
this one, any ideas?

Did you ohm out all the data/address/R&W lines for both continuity and shorts?
