I wish I could help you in person. Guaranteed to get it running in an hour. I would examine the AX relay. It is the heart of the reset sequence and has several make/break contacts that are very sensitive to adjustment.

I am quite happy to hear this. Glad you stuck with it. Once you get those relays adjusted you shouldn't have to touch them for years.
