This happens on my Pro occasionally. Not often enough where I've needed to adjust. It gets stuck on the gap in the back of his mouth piece.
Insane is right, I just let the machine ball hunt and it'll resolve itself.
Note: to ball hunt you have to not touch anything (no flippers) for a certain amount of time.
