Theball blunger on my space shuttle seems weak. The ball does not project with force and barely makes it to the playfield and when it soes it does it with a wimper. I have replaced both springs on plunger shaft thinking that would fix it but it doesn't.

How do i make it to where the ball shoots out like its shot out of a cannon?

Well its all new springs from marco so the springs shodnt be the issue.

I do not know about the tip hitting head center..i will check it out.

The rubber tip of plunger is new also and flush with the plunger rod.

And i did clean the plunger rod..its smooth and shiny.

I bought a sleeve kit from marco and there wasnt one in there for the plunger....i didnt think plungers have sleeves..i will check.

This is what i did...its working perfect now...i came to post my remedy but seen your post so im quoting it....great minds think alike. Haha.....thank you everyone else for the suggestions.
