I am a new member here. I have owned a Roller Games since 1997 and recently purchased a near mint condition Haunted House. I have one minor problem.

If the ball is travelling slow across the main play field and going to the trap door under the stair case, the ball will once in a while get stuck on top of the silver/ round shaped trap door. There is a small gap between the edge of the trap door and the playing field and the ball settles in there. The trap door itself might be slightly lower than the surface of the play field which only helps to snag the ball. If anyone else had this problem and came up with a solution, I would appreciate it. Thank you.
