The transformer on my 1970 Bally Big Valley has no output voltage that I can find.
I verified 120 volts on the input side but 0 volts on all output tabs.
Checking the 120 volts I used the mains ground wire (-) and the lower transformer lugs (+) and for the output tabs I used the upper common lug (-) and the 6V and 50V lugs (+).

From the looks of all the output cut wires the previous owner cut I think they had the problem and gave up.
From what the Pinrepair guides say a transformer is never bad.

Is there any other conclusion that can be made?

Thanks for the reply. Since I measured the voltages at the transformer lugs wouldn't that bypass any messy wiring? All the output wires were already cut before the fuse block so the only output wires still connected are the commons. The transformer output + wires aren't connected to the game.
