To Atomicboy's defense he has giving fair warning to all that you need to stay on point when dealing with vendors. Communication seemed good from both on the surface but on further review the response from the vendor is slippery. The delay tactic seems normal and the shipping issue from Canada was probably known by the vendor in my opinion, if not he knows now. I have experienced vendors that on reflection were wasting time to get the clock to run out on ebay and me being reasonable just got me screwed.
Quality is in the eye of the beholder and there is an issue with the product for sure, I'm picky too. I don't agree that he should have known it would not be a good print though why it is not has been explained by others.
Lessons to me are;
Address concerns quickly and be clear how you want it fixed. If vendor is not being professional , time wasting, not reasonable, deflective, blames his staff, make a dispute and hold your ground. Don't get side tracked, fix it and move on.
