After reading sterns service bulletin 166. I found I need to update the eprom (u210) in my NASCAR pin. I bought a new one from Marco. When I put the new one in the display went blank. Both are version 4.xx as only the first number matters according to stern bulletin 150. Marco is sending a new eprom just wanted to know if there could be any other things that could cause this?

Did you orient the chip in the correct direction? The notch on one end of the chip indicates this.

If you install it in the wrong direction, it will destroy the chip.

Chip was inserted correctly got the second chip from Marco today and the same thing. No display and nothing works except the go lights
