Its a $20 lesson. This guy has a long history of crappy products. Give detailed negative feedback and move on. Maybe clearcoat the sticker after installing?

In this case the product you received does look just like the one in the ebay auction. So despite the less than perfect record for this seller I don't see the problem. You can see in the ebay pictures that it is not clear.
I take back my comments from the post above. Let this be a lesson to look very closely at pictures when you are a buyer.
