Pull the glass off the machine, start a game and drop the ball in the dog house twice to get the wheel spin. Wait for the wheel to stop and see what award comes up on the display. Turn off machine, loosen the wheel and set it to the correct award.

He said his slipped on the shaft so it needed to be put back in sync. Im guessing he meant it was awarding something different than what the wheel was saying.
