Quoted from Robotworkshop:

According to the ROM sizes in the L-5 set on IPDB.ORG both the U26 and U27 should be 32K 27256 EPROM types.

My Pinbot which is a System 11 based game uses a 27128 and 27256 for it's set.

The board circuitry can only address:

- Up to 128kb for U26. This is configured by the W2/W3 jumper setting.
- Up to 256kb for U27. The is configured by the W4 jumper setting.

Any use of an EPROM larger than the circuit addressable limit simply "doubles" or "quadruples" the image to ensure that the higher address bits access the same data.
