Hi Guys,
Got this machine a month ago and the previous owner has wired the left flipper coil incorrectly.
It is getting hot, I think I understand why and need to move the wires over to the correct lugs.
Could anyone with a Bad Cats please tell me what are the correct colours for the left flipper.
I have taken 2 pic's showing correct wiring on the right flipper and still incorrect wiring on the left flipper.
My understanding is that the left flipper should be...
Left lug-Solid Grey with yellow dots
Centre lug- Solid light blue to long blade of end stroke
Right lug- Dark Blue with Grey strips/plus solid light blue to short blade of end stroke.

I have pondered this for a day and would like some kind of confirmation if anyone can help
The Bad Cats service book is not to clear(to me anyway)on this

That's just how I worked it out. (A thousand thank you's)
Your pictures have confirmed it for me 100%.
Would have hated to blow the chip sets.
I was amazed it worked being wired incorrectly.
I reckon he connected the high voltage section with correct polarity
then connected the low voltage to each end of the EOS switches.
So the voltage just went to a dead end.
Amazed it just got hot!! as HV stayed on all the time.
I see you also have a Bad Cats...I like the Jackpot feature that you get
from the curiosity spin. Have to wait now for a new coil as I'm not
rewiring the old one as I reckon its most likely unreliable.
Thanks again from myself and our 4 cats Poppy,Patch,Purdy and Percy the kitten.. PURRRRRRR#S
