My millionaire has those same lights back there. While changing them out, with pf raised, a wire came loose for them so I had to take out the pf to resolder it.
It’s a pain and heavy to do solo. Get a friend and go slow. Straight up and out and there won’t be a lot of slack in the wiring. You can lean it up against the cab.
