Sure looks like you have full decals.
Stenciled cabs are painted.

It is not a decal per se. The process Williams started using at that time was kind of like a decal. The vinyl was already adhered to the wood and then it was screen printed and then cut out. So, it is vinyl with silkscreening on the head of your game, not a painted stencil like the cabinet. As the art got more complex, they used silkscreening. Bad Cats was in the midst of the transition.

Are you certain yours has decals on it? Mine is silk screen so it’s painted on there and it’s not a decal. Mine has stayed it’s regular orange without fading. Accidentally added a pic of BOP can’t figure out how to delete

I have 2 BC's: one is decaled on lower cabinet, w painted (silk screened?) head. The other is painted (silk screened?), both lower cab & head. Maybe the ones with decaled lower cab. came out later.
I was pretty sure mine was painted as well, or at least silkscreened.
How can you tell if it is decals?

^ If it’s still orange or if it’s yellow. Mine also has a few chips on it that make it easy to tell it’s paint.

As I've said before. Of the production run of 1700ish BadCats there's all of them.... All silked, all decal, decal head and silk body & silk head and decal body. They tried different techniques on the cat and possibly depending on where in the production run your game was manufactured you got one of the four set ups.

For those looking, I also hope the rumor about a small run is true. I looked for months for a BadCats playfield and paid dearly for a CPR repro. My BC is at HEP awaiting restoration.

Just did this on mine, heat gun worked for removing decals, I used alchohol and a 3" wide razor scraper to get the glue off, if was a real job and nasty dmacy is doing my playfield now, looking just fantastic, this is a keeper pin for mel
The game play itself seems a little bit too simple even for a system 11. Hi scores seem in evitable and getting jackpots is quite simple even on a hard settings. I wish there were more to the game. However it is stunning to look at the artwork is amazing.

Yes, my bad. You're right. I was working on my Goldball while looking through the posts on pinside. I got the numbers mixed up as I had my head in that game.
