yeah, there are some impatient folks out there. some folks want the 'guarantee' over waiting a day. i feel bad being push with cool folks who actually nice about hold a machine on a handshake. i'd say put a small amount of money down ASAP. that shows genuine intent on buying it.

i've had great opportunities vanish on me as well.
what i've found, is a little later… something better actually comes up.
either a higher quality item, local item (no shipping), something completely different/better (to fill the space), etc…
something good will emerge, just wait a few months
