Guys, Am I missing something here or do I have a bad board?

Have a Bally Power Play .
Factory board boots with 7 flashes and game plays/works as it should.
Installed a brand new Alltek MPU board and I get no flashes.
Self test green LED and +5V green LED both locked on.
No flashes at all on Alltek board.
All jumpers and dip switches have been triple checked.
All voltages are within specs.
All connectors are hooked up properly.
Board is properly grounded.

over or under voltage will stop it from booting.

What voltage are you measuring at the mpu board 5v test point?

Quoted from frunch:

Game is about 40 minutes away at my brother's house.

5v @ MPU was @ 5.xx VDC Don't remember exact number but it was within specs for sure.

Sounds like your voltage is good. If the other board boots fine and this one doesn't, i guess you might just have a bad new board.
