Looking for some guidance on fixing the attached without making it worse. It looks like all pieces are there. Is there a safe way to bend them back in place and seal them? Thanks!

Crazy glue and plastic wrap

Not off the top of my head but I have done it.

You pool some crazy glue under the flake and then use the plastic to roll it down and hold in place till the glue sets.
