    Quoted from ForceFlow:

    Liquid super glue and plastic wrap.
    Squirt and soak the area with super glue (the idea is to get the glue between the paint and the glass) then press down on the area with plastic wrap. You need to be quick since super glue sets quickly. Leave it alone for 24 hours, then pull up the plastic wrap.
    After that, use triple thick to even out the ridges left by the super glue.

    What is the best type of super glue to use in this situation? I know you mentioned one that has a longer set time in another thread. So many glues out there now. Looking for something that won’t shrink the paint or cause it to smear. Some companies make a glass glue but not sure what that would do to the paint

    I tried this tonight in one of the smaller and less conspicuous of the 5 I have to do and so far so good. Now I have to resist trying to look at it while it sets.

    Quoted from Leveeger:

    Is it possible to get pics of the results (front & back)?

    Yessir! Here are a few. I went a little overboard with the glue, but it doesn’t show through the front at all. Now the flaked areas are very secure. The crinkling you see on the back is not paint it is dried glue. I have a spotlight on the back to show the cracks in the paint that I may or may not touch up. Thinking I may not even Triple Thick it and leave well enough alone.

    Quoted from RC_like_the_cola:

    @Damagio
    Did you end up putting the triple thick on? Did you do any touchups?

    No not yet. The triple thick doesn’t seem necessary to me at this point. I may do some light touch up on the lines but I will need to make it translucent so you don’t notice lines.
