    Quoted from Bee-barf:

I had a friend make a backdoor out of 16 gauge sheet metal. I need to put in a key lock hole. Is there an easy way to make this flat sided, round top and bottom hole? Thanks.

They actually make a knockout punch tool for that shape cheap but personally I would just drill a hole and file as you will likely open the door once during ownership.
