I am in need of some help repairing my BTTF game. It has been working great, but last week I turned it on to play, all the lights came on in the playing field and back board, but no sound, score, or pinball would engage with pushing the start button. I am a new owner of pinball machine, I love and would love some help getting it fixed. Any thoughts on a problem?? The original owner I purchased it from thinks its a fuse or lose wire?? Also, how does the back glass come off? I do not want to break it. Please help!! Thanks!! Nikki

Congrats on BTTF and welcome. Your problem can be a number of things, but first thing first is to get the backglass off. There should be a lock at the top of the backglass. Turn it with the key and then slide the backglass up a bit and then pull it forward and out from the bottom.
I would also recomend downloading the manual for your game if you don't own a hard copy.

Could be something simple, start by checking fuses. Download the manual if you dont' have it and start checking. But to properly diagnose the problem you are probably going to need a multi meter. Do you have one?
