It's a metal ramp guide. It has a bit of a beveled side to match the ramp slope. Has two screws that attach the L-bracket at the one end.
I found mine at Pinball Resource in his close-out section.
Steve had the part listed as: Left Ramp Ball Guide, # DE-500-5107-00
