I'll ask this because I keep running into this problem with pins. How much for a new back cover for a EM pin? So many are lost.

Depends on the game. PBresource has some for Gottliebs.

Why are back covers, bells, and tilt bobs always missing?

Guys, I have a friend who is very cool and owns and operates a stainless company. They build all kinds of things for restaurants and such (I run a brewpub). I have often thought about asking him to consider making backbox covers for old EMs. I am positive that he and his guys could do this easily and inexpensively with all their bench equipment in the shop.

Do you think there would be a decent amount of peeps wanting these? Let me know!

Yes, 10 a month... you'll need the key hole punch

    Stainless might be overkill.

If this can be done for ~$40 shipped, I think many would be sold. I need one for my Chicago Coin Beatniks.

I could use a couple, Gottlieb 2 and 4 player from mid 70s.

I'm not a fan of the metal doors. I guess they put them in to help dissipate heat? Anyway, I just cut new doors out of 5/8" plywood when I am missing one. They fit nice and snug without rattling. As long as you get the locks with the little fangs to keep them from spinning, the wood doors work great.
