As someone who develops and hosts realtime enterprise grade services that must live in azure... i wish i could say they are more reliable. They roll maintenance disruptions with short notice all the effing time. Percentage wise they are fine... but i have at least one or two customer impacts a month due to a host unexpectedly dropping out.
The azure AD/login outtages lately were big ones too.
