I took some photos of the playfield I started working on. It is in working order, though I haven't shopped it yet (hence the surface rust on some parts).

Note that on the light board version of the playfield, the right flipper seems to have an additional wire on the switch, though I'm not quite sure what its purpose is.

One thing I noticed in comparing our photos was that your right flipper has a diode on it and mine doesn't. Other than that, I didn't catch anything else that was obvious.

Well...I think this issue is fixed. A big THANKS to Chris (CNKay) for pointing out the issue with the red/white wire on my right flipper switch. I moved it to the other tab and swapped the diode, and it's been working correctly since.

Thank you for these pictures.

forceflow yeah your diode is gone. Diodes on the switches are not optional. That center tab between the two switch leafs that goes in different direction is a solder point for wire and one end of diode. then the other end of diode goes to the outside leaf. check amxfc3s corrected picture and duplicate. or you will have issues as well.

Baby pac is a fun game but now you have the headaches of both worlds. Best regards!

Is that diode a 1N4004 on the flipper switch? My Baby Pac does not have the diode installed as well. Looks like one used to be there though. Is that the correct diode?

Yes.

Got most of my lamps working after doing the SCR upgrade. Now this happened. Can someone please explain what's happening in a language I can understand?

When all the feature lamps blink in unison, that usually means that the MPU isn't sending commands to the driver board--either because of connectivity issues or because the MPU doesn't fully boot with all the LED flashes.

Game was previously working. I was using the Lamps Test function in my video so I could see which lamps were my problem children. So your saying in lamps test it shouldn't flash like that.

If you're in the lamp test, then that's different. I thought you were in attract mode.

What is the problem you're trying to show?
