I have two lights on my baby pac playfield that will not light. I have replaced the bulbs and diodes on both sockets. I have replaced and reflowed the common jumper between the two sockets. Here is the kicker...When I touch my soldering iron to the tab on the bulb socket that the neutral wire (Red/Green stripe) connects to, the bulb will light. I can not get it to light under any other circumstance. I am guessing this is a transistor issue on the driver board but would appreciate any input from someone more experienced than myself. I have searched and also read the FAQ and did not find a similar issue. Thank you.
