Ordered from BAA Last Saturday and got no confirmation email and no tracking number on what I ordered. I have never had any problems at all with their service, but for some reason all of a sudden they don't respond to help desk questions or the phone. Got a voicemail asking to leave a message. This could be an isolated incident, but I am leaving town Friday morning until Saturday evening and don't want my expensive plastic parts sitting in the 115 degree heat out here. Pretty frustrating that I can't even get ahold of a person to ask about it. Rant Off!
